Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Colissimo Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
How to Order a product?
If you already have an account here, please login first.
- Choose products from main menu and category page,
- For quick access, select the "Cart" button to enter the product into your shopping cart,
- To view product details and product gallery, go to product page by click the thumbnail or product name,
- On the product page, click Add to Cart button,
- Then there will be details on the price and number of products that will be your order,
- Click on View to see the detail your shopping cart,
- Select the button "Next" to continue,
- If you have previously ordered goods or registering on this site, an easy step you should do to enter your email and password and go directly to step 11,
- If you do not already have an account, registering is quick steps to enter your email and click on "Create your Account",
- When finished filling out the registration form, click the "Register",
- On the adresses page, make sure the correct delivery destination address. If your shipping address different items with your address, please add the new address,
- Please comment or message in this form, then click "Next",
- After that select the carrier you want to use for the delivery of goods,
- Then click on the Bank Wire Payment for the method of payment,
- After clicking the "Next", your order confirmation to order products,
In the last step the data will appear in banks and the amount of money you have to trasfer. No need to rush, you will also get these details in your email.
